Selectively Selected
Our design team doesn't curate for trends. Historic European, Wabi Sabi, 90s American, Tuscan Villa from the south of France. If a piece doesn't have the taste for lasting legacy, it does not make cut.

Honed. (Never Polished)
Polish looks good for a week ... then shows every scuff, stain, and fingerprint. Honing is slower and costs more to produce. But it's harder to stain and it's the only finish you deserve.

Mesh-backed. Lays like a puzzle.
Loose mosaics welcome mistakes. Ours arrives pre-set on mesh, so even a toddler can install them. Less labour, less mistakes, fast finishes.

How do I clean honed travertine?
Use water and a neutral-pH stone cleaner. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners.
How much sealing does it really need?
Once when it goes in, once a year after. About ten minutes for a powder room.
Will my boxes match the sample?
Your order comes from one production run. Expect natural shifts in tone and veining—that variation is part of travertine.
Can my installer handle a mosaic?
Yes. It is mesh backed, so it goes down in sheets instead of stone by stone. Most installers prefer it.
Why order a sample first?
A sample lets you confirm color, finish, and scale in your own light before choosing full tile.
